Equal Access to Educational Opportunities

Dream Catchers Education was founded on the belief that every student, regardless of their socioeconomic background, deserves access to quality educational support and mentorship to pursue their dreams.

We work to break the "glass ceiling" in education by providing completely free tutoring, college application guidance, and career development resources to middle and high school students from underserved communities.

Our global network of volunteer tutors, mentors, and professionals share their knowledge to help students navigate academic challenges and plan for their futures.

2019: Founded in Hong Kong as a student-led initiative to provide peer tutoring and mentorship.

2021: Expanded operations to the United States to serve a broader international community.

November 2022: Officially recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt educational organization by the IRS.

Leadership & Team

Founder & President: Charlie Haywood - Established the organization with a vision for educational equity. Passionate about aviation and computer science.

U.S. Operations: Xueping Wu - Manages stateside activities and organizational compliance.

Volunteer Network: Professional educators, college advisors, subject experts, and successful alumni who contribute their time and expertise.
